The Portal Manager E-mailer system is an innovative tool that is designed to save companies/individuals large amounts of time in terms of their business correspondence.
The system starts with a User Database of up to 20 000 people that is listed into your system. These people can be categorized into groups - for example, you can allocate promotional mails, newsletters, invitations or surveys to different user groups. You can also send an email to all of your user groups at once.
Once you have created the system, the mail itself works via a content management system based on WYSIWYG software. All copy can be easily pasted from Microsoft Word and your links will automatically be put into your website.
The system then automatically generates the email addresses of whomever you are sending an email to – their details are inserted via the database described above. Their email addresses are inserted, as well as their names (each email sent is personalised per user). Each user will obviously receive the same content per email. The email will also automatically link to a relevant online address (for example, you may send out an email advertising a new product - the mail will contain a short description of the product and include a link to a page on your website that describes the product in more detail).
In order to send such an email out yourself, you will simply need to fill in the relevant content, select the groups to whom you'd like to send the email, and then click 'send'. Since all of the selected users will also receive a link to your website, you will also see a significant increase in your website's search optimization ranking (by now we all know that the more people who visit your website, the better).
Let's go back to the example of a client receiving an email regarding a new product. They will receive an email advertisement with a short description of the product, a nice thumbnail, and a 'read more' link. They can click on the link to view the full specifications of the product, and then go to your website's contact page to place an order.
An email can also be sent out in the form of a survey - this is very helpful in terms of internal HR surveys (the results can be set as anonymous) and in terms of external marketing/customer service questionnaires. The system's survey functionalities can also be used in schools, for example to send homework projects to children (online questionnaires can be marked automatically and are incredibly eco-friendly).
The entire system is hugely convenient - it's definitely easier than sourcing and typing in 20 000 email addresses in order to send out one advertisement!
