EAAB

The EAAB regulates the estate agency profession through ensuring that all persons carrying out the activities of an estate agent as a service to the public are registered with the EAAB. A Fidelity Fund Certificate, which is to be renewed each year is issued as evidence of such registration and confirmation that such person is legally entitled to carry out the activities of an estate agent. 

Logo: The EAAB logo comprises 2 elements that symbolize the two A’s for EAAB. Using a natural colour scheme, the logo is very versatile to the public eye. Keeping the design simple, and using the elements what the company consists of, which is to manage and control a Fidelity Fund. Symbolizing a rooftop to show trust and coverage. The selected also seemed to be the most visually pleasing representations available, in terms of both EAAB principles and logical graphic design.

 

Website: The EAAB website was developed to portray all of the elements (both metaphorically and graphically).
Giving online users an accurate first impression of the company. One of the key aspects of the website is an interactive flash. The banner allows the user to navigate by means of dynamic tabs. Another key aspect was the development process – the website is fully dynamic to both users and administrators.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Presentation: A PowerPoint presentation template was also designed for their newly developed corporate  identity when presenting aspects of EAAB to new or current clients. Banners: These banners carry the corporate identity of EAAB through
to large media, an essential advertising element. Unity is preserved between all three banners. In terms of visual communication, the banners focus on unity, subtle variety (within the images), rhythm and strong focal balance. The clarity and accurately constructed forms within the banners allow the viewer to focus on each one’s message.

 

 

  

Corporate Identity (Folder): This folder and its content explains the corporate identity of EAAB. Specific PANTONES (Colours) used for the logo, the correct font to be used to create a unity. This is very important in any company profile. This folder can be used to help in the printing sector, to give the necessary information to the printers to accommodate the correct colour breakdowns and fonts. 

 

 

 

Conference Banner: This banner can be used at functions and conferences. To be used as a backdrop behind speakers andspokespersons. This large banner can be used at any event held
by EAAB.
